Slow Fried Country Ham
- Slice country ham about 1/4 inch thick.
- After allowing skillet to warm on low heat, place slices in skillet, cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes, turning often (when frying 1 – 2 center slices or 5 – 6 sandwich / biscuit slices).
- What’s left is the redeye gravy fixin’s.
