• 1 lb. navy beans (presoaked)
• 2-3 slices of ham
• Add the following for flavor: (amounts will vary)
• Chopped: celery, onions, garlic, carrots
• Add black pepper and salt to taste

• Wash beans then had all ingredients to a crock pot with 4 cups of water (beans should be covered).
• Cook til beans are done.
