Finchville – Country Ham Salad

Country Ham Canapes
2 cups finely ground Finchville country ham
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
24 thin slices of fresh bread
Combine ham and cheese
Add just enough mayonnaise to bind together.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut a circle from each bread slice.
Flatten with hand
Press bread circles into buttered miniature muffin tins to form cuos.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Fill toast cups with hanm and cheese mixture
Bake again at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
