County Ham Glazing
Once the ham has baked/boiled, allow time to cool.
Remove excess skin/fat and roast with glaze.
Quick Glaze
1 C brown sugar
1/4 C vinegar (Honey may be added)
Apply a couple of times during the glazing process, while roasting.
Bake ham at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes for glazing process
Pineapple/Brown Sugar Honey Glaze
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup pineapple juice (optional)
1/3 cup corn starch
1. Mix brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, and corn starch in small pot over medium heat on the stove.
2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat for a low boil and cook for 15 minutes. Stir constantly.
3. Remove from the stove and then brush the entire ham with glaze prior to
heating/cooking. Reserve enough to glaze twice during the heating/cooking process.
4. Serve and enjoy!
