Penn – Red Eye Gravy
Penn – Country Ham Sandwich
Country Ham Dip
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Sliced Country Ham
16 oz cream cheese
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C sour cream
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 C Pecans
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Butter crackers/tortilla chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350
Place ham slices on dish lined microwave/safe dish and cover with a paper towel
Microwave on low heat until ham is slightly crispy on edges (2-3 min)
Remove ham and shred into small, bite-size pieces
Add in large mixing bowl:
Cream cheese
Cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix well
Spread mixture into a 9-inch pie plate
In another bowl mix pecans, melted butter, and Worcestershire sauce
Mix and sprinkle over dip
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve warm with crackers/tortilla chips
