Clifty Farm – County Ham Quiche
Hot County Ham Dip
Mix a little flavor with your favorite cheeses for a dip that will be enjoyed by all!
Prep Time 10 min. | Cook Time 20 min. | Total Time 30 min.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 – 1 cup chopped Clifty Farm Cooked Country Ham
- 1/4 cup finely minced onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, country ham, onion, and garlic powder in a small bowl and place in a baking dish.
- Then saute butter, pecans, and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle over the baking dish.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers or raw vegetables (also good served cold).
