Cut white ends of the scallions. Lightly coat uncooked country ham slices with brown sugar.
Set grill to medium-high heat. Add scallions and sliced pineapple to the grill. Flip after about two minutes. Next, move scallions and pineapple to the side for cooler eating. Add brown sugar-coated country ham slices directly to the grill. Flip the slices after about 35-40 seconds. After another 35-40 seconds, remove the country ham, scallions, and pineapple. Plate and serve!
